Program Manager II
Redmond , Washington
November 20, 2017
Are you interested in a Windows product group role that prioritizes our customers and determines how engineers and program managers impact and interact with them every day? What about joining a dynamic team that exemplifies a “customer first” culture? If you are curious by nature and good at influencing across groups, then we are looking for you!

Our team transforms how engineering designs and develops Windows. Our goal is to bring the voice of the customer directly to our product teams with app experiences, services, and community engagement efforts that deliver feedback to inform our engineering efforts. Today we are leading this effort with our Feedback Hub app and work closely with our Data Science team to prioritize and process incoming feedback from all Windows customers as well as Windows Insiders and our own internal team.

In this role you will drive an enthusiastic community of engineers made up of developers and program managers called “Community Champs” who care deeply about engaging with customers and using what they hear to prioritize work for their teams. You will provide vision and success metrics for how our Community Champs do their work, understand their tooling needs, help drive specifying functional requirements, and assist with solutions to meet those needs and of course measuring success. You will own Feedback Hub announcements, Quest features, and the publishing pipeline that powers those scenarios. You will also represent our Community Champ efforts to management, partners, and feature teams so that the overall value of the program is understood.

We would love our new Program Manager to have a clear customer focus, and a proven ability to influence, inspire and set direction for large v-team efforts. We are particularly interested in someone who is curious about data and has a strong metrics-driven approach to delivering features and programs,
