Who we are?.. The Azure Insights Engineering (AIE) team within C+E with the goal of building deep insights into the C & E business. AIE will enable us to have a much more meaningful relation with our customers and drive value to them and Microsoft by leveraging deep insights of customers, products and services powered by AIE which leverages data mining, data models, Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics capabilities. This data will also support all of the C+E business operations teams What you will be doing ?. We are looking for a highly motivated and seasoned Program Manager who will play a key role in helping manage the complexity across various Microsoft systems. You will own the design, engineering, delivery and support of the AIE data warehouse and data marts. Your goal will be to ensure that all the data and its many aspects such as distribution, integration, security, and retention are well architected and well managed. You will also be responsible for the data platform and data models for AIE and all platform assets across the stack. You will have a deep understanding of the data and the C+E business. You will also be working with a large number of Partner & Principal level partners across the company. Some of the things you?ll be doing include? Design and implement data models, architectures, and data solutions related to the areas you own Work on all aspects required to onboard and integrate the data Partnering with teams within C+E and across Microsoft to understand the requirements and work with our dev teams on the implementation details. Establish a metadata repository and publish artifacts such as data model, dictionary, data distribution map, and security classifications. Use your strong Design & Data Analytics skills to derive meaningful customer & organization insights E2E ownership of features through its entire project lifecycle Serve as the face of AIE team to our internal customers Who you are? Bachelor?s Degree or Master degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Experienced. Minimum 4-7 years of project management experience Minimum 2 years? experience with Data Analytics, Big Data, BI/CI and/or Data Warehouse platforms Solid communication skills (both verbal and written), attention to detail, proven track record of working with core PM & Dev, experience in driving consensus across teams and organizations Outstanding design skills Team Player: You know how to work with people and understand the importance of building collaborative relationships Experience with agile software development and maturing assets with lean processes Experience with core internal Microsoft applications is a plus
