What You'll Do
As a Workplace Resources Program Manager you will manage a portfolio of Workplace Resources (WPR) programs / projects across multiple theaters and multiple lines of business.
You will be responsible for establishing and managing scope, scheduling and budget for programs.
You will develop and execute communication strategy for programs and ensure alignment of the process used to deliver global programs with WPR standard delivery processes and with client (IT or others) processes and procedures. In this role you will proactively engage all relevant cross functional teams (IT, Finance, Business Functions) as needed as well as define detailed resource requirements and secure required resources for delivery of projects for global programs, including client resources, IT resources, service provider resources and WPR Global Delivery resources. You will manage progress of global program and report status (scope, schedule, budget, issues). Proactively working with clients to confirm objectives, manage expectations, aligned deliverables, communicate status and delivery results will be essential to the success of this role.

Who You'll Work With
The Program Manager, Workplace Resource will be a member of WPR Global Delivery Operations (GDO) team. GDO leads RE, Construction, FM and EH&S services globally. You will collaborate with Regional WPR Delivery teams in all theaters and partner with IT, Finance and business functions to deliver programs.

Who You Are
You have a background in facility planning, building design / architecture or construction. Your experience includes proficiently with WPR and Finance related systems and tools. You have the ability to drive innovative solutions, manage through change and communicate to multiple stakeholders to delivery programs successfully.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree and 5 -8 years of related experience in facility planning, building design / architecture or construction or MS/MA and 4 years of related experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
