Initially, the candidate will work with a senior program manager with a focus on the initial integration.� Once the integration is complete, the focus will shift to steady state, sustaining adoption, alignment, and compliance of the process within the service development teams, as well as managing change requests through the Change Advisory Board.�Expectations of this role during integration include:�Conducting an assessment to discover and analyze people, process and tools of both Legacy teamsAnalyzing the collected information and presenting recommendations to and seeking approval from senior management teams.Developing and implementing an integration plan based on the approved recommendations.Executing the roll out of the process in accordance with the developed plan.�Expectations of this role post integration implementation include:�Sustaining close working relationship with working teams and stakeholders to insure compliance, alignment and normalization of operation.As a member of the Change Advisory Board, representing the interests of the legacy EMC New Service Introduction Team.Creating and sustaining an operations guide that documents the people, processes and tools used to develop service offerings in accordance with the Service Offering Lifecycle.Providing training and support of the Service Offering Lifecycle for the service development team.Coordinate compliance audits in accordance with ISO standards.�Experience:�Demonstrated project management experience, including some or all of the following:�Scoping work and Estimating effort.Developing project schedules.Assembling and managing a project team to successfully execute a plan.Negotiating and influencing decisions.�Direct responsibilities and ownership for successfully:�Managing and driving projects with diverse cross-functional and geographically dispersed project teams. Driving end to end process re-engineering initiatives from assessment though implementation to steady state operation.�Ability to:�Build and sustain performance from cross functional teams.Collaborate and set expectations with key stakeholders.Establish credibility with and influence management level sponsors.�Skills:�Leadership skills including:�Team building and ability to lead a team toward a vision.Problem solving with the ability to assess and recommend a direction.Presentation and communications to get ideas and concepts across as well as to set expectations.Planning and execution to build a roadmap and to achieve objectives according to plan.�Interpersonal skills including:�Influence and negotiation to ensure decisions are being made in the best interest of the business.Collaboration and consultative to ensure all perspectives are understood and accounted for.Self-starter with the drive to execute on plan.�Other skills�Organizational skills for planning and facilitating team interaction and execution against plan.Technical aptitude, to know the right questions to ask in various situations, to drive results forward.�Education Required: Bachelor or higher degree.Related Experience: 2+ years of experience in a project management capacity.Reporting Relationship: Support and Deploy Senior Manager, Service Offering Development.� Dell is an equal opportunity employer.
