Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate) in the implementation of packaged software for the Consumer Goods and Services Industry.
• Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following (which may be gained concurrently): CAS platform lifecycle implementations, and architecting end-to-end Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), Retail Execution (RE) and Merchandising; CAS platform technical knowledge, including CAS data models, tools and integrations; CAS delivery methodology knowledge, including the creation of deliverable templates and standard (including coding standards); creating estimates for CAS implementation based on historical metrics and best practices; Consumer Goods & Services management consulting skills, including TPM, TPO and RE; and, project management including: creating project work plan, tracking risks, defining Service Level Agreement, managing teams (including utilization, chargeability and financial recovery), completing and defining statements of work, and establishing project roles and expectations.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
