  • Minimum four year degree
  • Minimum four years' experience with managing clients
  • Minimum four years' experience with managing projects
  • Minimum two years' experience managing and forecasting project budgets
  • Minimum five years 'of experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry at a management level

  • Proficient understanding of Project Management methodologies
  • PMP Certification
  • Extensive Project Management experience, knowledge of large scale multiple study experience within the clinical arena
  • Cross functional domain expertise
  • Hands on experience in developing and administering standard operation procedures as related to project management
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and delegate authority as necessary
  • Must be able to maintain strong interpersonal relationships with both internal and external customers, responding effectively to sensitive inquiries
  • Technical proficiency using MS Project, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience preparing invoices for client projects
  • Experience preparing scopes of work and changes to scopes of work
  • Strong written, oral presentation skills, with an ability to make professional and credible first impressions with internal and external customers
  • Understanding of the nature of drugs being studies
  • Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
