Basic Qualifications

Minimum four year degree

Minimum four years experience with managing clients

Minimum four years experience with managing projects

Minimum two years experience managing and forecasting project budgets

Minimum five years of experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry at a management level

Demonstrated supervisory experience

Proficient understanding of Project Management methodologies. PMP preferred

Extensive Project Management experience, knowledge of large scale multiple study experience within the clinical arena Cross functional domain expertise

Proven ability to manage projects and clients

Hands on experience in developing and administering standard operation procedures as related to project management

Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and delegate authority as necessary

Must be able to maintain strong interpersonal relationships with both internal and external customers, responding effectively to sensitive inquiries

Technical proficiency using MS Project, Excel, Word and Outlook

Experience managing and forecasting budgets

Experience preparing invoices for client projects

Experience preparing scopes of work and changes to scopes of work

Strong written, oral presentation skills, with an ability to make professional and credible first impressions with internal and external customers

Understanding of the nature of drugs being studied, preferred
