• Assist with the configuration of complex quotes in SalesForce using Apttus.
• Manage a queue of incoming Sales Operations Requests in SalesForce and complete requests in a timely manner.
• Serve as a partner to our sales team by identifying process improvements and effectively communicating solutions.
• Process contract adjustments and/or returns as needed.
• Ad hoc sales data research projects and/or periodic data audits in SalesForce.
• Research sales bookings reconciliation items monthly.
Required Experience and Competencies:
• 1-3 years sales support, customer support and/or operational support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with SAP, Apttus and/or SalesForce a plus
Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to get results independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good decision making and problem solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and stressful situations professionally
