Associate Analyst, OnRamp, Data Cloud
Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) is looking for full-time Associate Analyst to add to our rapidly growing digital targeting business. The digital audiences we deliver power campaigns for top brands and media partners in the U.S. and abroad.
When our clients need custom solutions for their marketing objectives, the OnRamp team ensures that these audiences get created accurately and timely. The OnRamp team utilizes our expansive Data Spine as well as clients 1st party data to identify, match, and segment audiences to best meet client objectives. We work closely with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of the data that drives our automated processes as well as monitor the processes that create our OnRamp targeting solutions. When an issue arises internally, we are the first level of support to remediate the problem and mitigate any impact. The associate analyst hired for this role will be responsible for the creation of our OnRamp products, the troubleshooting of issues, and the continued development of our custom processes.
The OnRamp team works tirelessly in our efforts to make our customers (internal and external) happy while having fun doing it. Our job is to ensure that SLAs are met or exceeded all of the time and if something happens to where they aren't, we find a solution as fast as possible, communicate to all parties involved, and execute.
The team is growing rapidly with new opportunities continually surfacing and is seeking an individual who has a proven track record in a fast-paced environment, is an independent self-starter that welcomes challenge, and works well on a lean team in which everyone is a key contributor.
You must have:
• 2 years of experience working in a data-driven atmosphere
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Bachelor's Degree or greater in relevant field

Work with Oracle*s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle*s global infrastructure.
As a member of the IT organization, provide testing and basic analysis of situations/data that support Oracle*s standard infrastructure systems.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
