This is a technical role that is dynamic and requires you to work on multiple technical areas of ERP Cloud deployment, administration and life-cycle management activities. This position requires that you work effectively with numerous organizations within development, operations,strategy, support and consulting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

ERP Cloud fleet system monitoring activities: Monitor existing customer environments for key metrics using advanced enterprise system monitoring tools and systems, including resolution of identified issues and development of new tools and processes for more efficient monitoring.
ERP Cloud fleet patch implementation and validation, including ERP Cloud fleet upgrade processes:
Package and deliver patches for ERP Cloud fleet and work with internal release engineering and operations teams to ensure patching and upgrade activities are completed successfully in the ERP Cloud fleet.
ERP Cloud life cycle management activities:
Work on ERP Cloud environment sizing, environment provisioning, configuration compliance reviews and deployment process improvements. You will be working with numerous groups responsible for ensuring new and existing SaaS application services are provisioned and sized correctly, meet security standards and meet operational efficiency benchmarks.
Customer SR resolution: Work with customer support, internal product engineering and operations teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues reported in the ERP Cloud fleet.
Installation, configuration and administration of internal environments: Work with release engineering, provisioning and internal IT teams to set-up and maintain environments used by internal product engineering teams for ERP Cloud validation and demo activities.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
- DBA and system administration skills will be highly preferred
- Experience with enterprise system administration, configuration and maintenance tasks
- Problem solving skills with abilities in analysis, problem identification and resolution.
- Ability to understand complex enterprise systems with skills to adapt and assimilate new technologies quickly
- Skills in performance analysis and tuning of enterprise applications
- Skills in Linux/Unix scripting languages
- Interpersonal and communication skills and proven track record in working effectively both in a global team environment and independently

Work with Oracle*s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle*s global infrastructure.

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
