Fiserv Output Solutions is seeking a Programmer Analyst to join our Financial Print Platform team at our Sugarland, TX location.

Essential Job Responsibilities:  

  • Build and maintain Fiserv’s proprietary Print/Communication Management system built on a mixed technology stack; JAVA, .Net, GMC Inspire MS SQL, etc.
  • Participate in Sprint planning sessions
  • Collaborate with the Product team to define and document systems requirement
  • Evaluate, plan, design, develop and execute tests for new applications, products and/or enhancements to existing applications

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Job Related Experience: 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with document compositing engines like Quadient/GMC Inspire, OpenText Exstream or Thunderhead
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with JAVA, .NET PL/SQL and SSIS or other ETL tools.
  • Healthcare/Financial Print experience is required. Candidates will be required to demonstrate understanding of business process as it relates to experience in the field.

Additional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
  • Working understanding of Security and Compliance standards related to the HealthCare and Financial Services Industry is preferred; HIPAA, PCI & NIST.
  • Previous experience with developing “White Box Test” cases is required.
