We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who can juggle multiple, changing priorities and can remain calm under pressure. Must be organized, detail oriented and be able to work independently as well as in cooperation with others. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Assist estimators by obtaining supplier pricing. • Writing and sending out proposals with guidance from supervisor. • Assist with planning and coordination of jobs from beginning to end. • Assist and support field project managers. • Contract administration. • Contract's billing. • Developing project schedules. • Travel and housing arrangements. • Filing. Key Requirements • Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and Word. • Prior construction, engineering or landscape office experience A MUST • Resourceful. • Problem Solver. • Internet Savvy. Position is a temp to hire opportunity and can pay up to $21-22, depending on experience.
