SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION:
Position assists the Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement team by preparing, negotiating, and executing third party (vendor) agreements as well as performing other administrative duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
Assisting team with document execution, loading contracts to a repository,
Monitoring the team queue for new contract requests, and
Creating and maintaining critical databases.
AS/AA degree and/or paralegal certificate
Paralegal experience or demonstrated third party contracting (vendor) experience.
PC proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Excellent communication skills.
Must exhibit a professional attitude
Must have ability to work independently
Must work with a sense of urgency and comply with established processes and procedures.
Prior experience in a healthcare or insurance setting preferred.
This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity.
