Project Coordinator

As the project Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing all projects from orders to delivery of products, covering all areas of project management including planning, cost management, time management, contract administration, and coordination with all departments. Must be able to get specific details from customers to get orders completed in time to meet production schedules, submit product requests to purchasing department, review Bill of Material for accuracy and release for production, process and coordinate warranties once project is paid in full. Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, professional phone and writing etiquette, convert measurements, and read/interpret scaled materials. 1 year of project order management and coordination experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
