What you will do

The Project Coordinator reports to the District Operations Manager.
  • Release / Expedite Material
  • Change orders - upload
  • Schedule labor
  • Coordinate fixed price service jobs
  • Contracting billing
  • Warranty letters
  • Turn over package to service
  • Material Ordering
  • Tracking material
  • Organize & Schedule kick-off meetings
  • Job Cost Project Folder Filing (P.O.'s, packing slips, correspondence)
  • Receiving cost of material
  • WIP meetings
  • CTC Changes
  • CP/PW tracking
  • Permits
  • Project close out
  • O&M Manuals
  • Certified Payroll / Statement of Compliance / CCIP & OCIP (creation & finish)
  • Organize & Schedule kick-off meetings
  • Plus other tasks already assigned to Project Coordinator

Perform other duties as directed

What we look for
  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in a high-volume, customer service oriented position. Experience in a related industry preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday through Friday and overtime as required.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Must Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Positive Attitude a must.
  • Punctual and Accountable.
