The Project Coordinator helps plan and manage all activities in connection with field service jobs within the geographical area.
As the Project Coordinator, you will:
+ Receive and handle all inquiries, complaints, orders and offers within the geographical area
+ Plan and carry out orders in cooperation with the Service Manager
+ Order and/or transport cranes, flights, materials, etc. in connection with service jobs
+ Examine if a special work instruction or work tool is required for the work solution
+ Project management and control by actively working with Operations to measure performance of the projects and monitor progress to ensure project objectives (cost, time, and quality parameters)
+ Work with Claim Management and Operations to finalize delivery packages (including kick off documents, timing, methods and costs)
+ Send information to customers concerning planed assignments and follow up on these
+ Draw up and send service reports and invoices
+ Associate's Degree in business or closely related field
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience with project management
+ Experience in field service related industry
+ Experience in LEAN methods or work process optimizing
+ Must be able to communicate / support with technicians in the field 7 days a week
+ Must have excellent customer service and communications skills.
+ Must have strong computer skills
+ Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task
