Oversees the implementation of small size projects and/or components of larger projects. Assists in project review meetings, documents project status, updates project plans, and assists in resolving open issues. Escalates critical issues to management, including the potential impact to the project.

  • Oversees small sized projects or components of larger projects and tracks predefined project scope and project schedule.
  • Creates, implements and administers project plans and project documentation using defined templates.
  • Conducts project meetings and keeps meeting minutes.
  • Assists in resolution of project issues related to their project responsibilities.
  • Completes the project status using defined templates. Creates and maintains project documentation according to established procedures.

  • 1-2 years project coordination experience
  • Move coordination for restacks as well as relocations.  Working with on-site staff to ensure moves are completed per plans.
  • Management of seating assignments in multiple locations and working with facilities team to execute and validate.
  • Reviewing monthly utilization reports for trends. Providing data to LOBs.
  • Working with business analysts to align data sources (current seating, headcount projections, seating allocations)
  • Point of contact for associates with regards to onboarding, seating and facilities (phone, workstation, help desk).
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
