Project Coordinator

What you will do

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Operations Manager and Project Managers with coordination, ordering of equipment and scheduling of manpower and other assigned duties.

How you will do it

  • Coordinate and facilitate multiple discipline projects from conception through final delivery
  • Provide support to Construction Manager, Project Manager, Installers, design and sales team
  • Coordinate delivery of installation documents and drawings
  • Ordering of equipment and materials for the project
  • Coordinate delivery of equipment to the job site
  • Assist in the scheduling of technicians
  • Assist in the scheduling of sub-contractors for sub-contractor installed projects
  • Coordinate delivery of close-out documents
  • Coordination of Permitting Process
  • Assist with the creation of purchase orders for subcontractors
  • Procurement and verification of project schedules
  • Assist with the tracking of project RFI's, change orders and other pertinent documentation
  • Receive, review and process weekly time sheets from field personnel

What we look for

Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative or construction coordination experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Preferred

  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develops integrated and creative solutions
  • Ability to assist in maintaining project budgets, projections and construction schedules
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong computer and related application skills
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
