Leads gathering, reviewing, analyzing, evaluating and communicating detailed information and metrics to support the strategy, planning, and operational effectiveness of Corporate Systems department of Enterprise Application Development organization

  • Responds to detailed information requests by preparing and creating reports or collecting and compiling input for key initiatives
  • Runs standard and ad hoc reports on schedule and submits to business management and/or senior staff
  • Provides reporting and analysis to line managers and assists with executive summaries for senior management
  • Researches requests and collects/compiles data in order to prepare exhibits, summaries, presentations, and/or reports for review by senior staff
  • Manipulates data using spreadsheet or database applications taking into account technical knowledge of operations, reporting formats, and objectives of data analysis
  • Provides basic data analysis and provides observations and recommendations for review by management


  • 2-5 years of related work experience
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Supported business functions, workflow, systems, and transactions
    • Accounting, budgeting, metrics and expense management methods, practices, and systems
  • Proficient with Office Automation and Internet tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS Outlook, Social Media, WebEx, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, inclusive of written, verbal and listening
  • Customer Service orientation, strong team player, responsive with follow through
  • Meeting and event planning and organization skills, with attention to detail and punctuality
