A PMA is responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Manager to help achieve project management objectives.
Project Management Assistants function as an adjunct to the project manager, completing tasks as assigned such as;
- maintaining the project schedule
- project financials
- creating reports
- conducting research
- collecting data
