What you’ll be doing...
As a project manager you will assist cross-disciplinary teams with project planning and resourcing to support the delivery of CMO and Marketing programs and projects. You’ll serve as a key contributor of integrated programs and project operations, working closely with ops and project leads to prioritize efforts, plan key meetings, and maintain efficient ways of working. In this capacity, you will develop strategies to effectively manage executive level programs and projects simultaneously. This will require capabilities of strategic foresight, agility, outstanding organization operations and project management skills. You must demonstrate strong business acumen. You will be assigned multiple initiatives and will effectively manage deadlines along with project deliverables and timelines. You will have the personal opportunity to have a profound and positive impact on our business, be a change agent and drive continuous improvement to our process.
Shape problem-solving, collaboration, and communication processes with peer ops and project management leads.
Define the scope, plan, deliverables, and budget of project efforts.
Manage key strategic and operational responsibilities of planning and execution.
Proactively identify operational requirements, risks, timelines, resolve issues, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Maintain clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes to deliver results that meet project goals within budget and timeline.
Maintain detailed awareness of program and projects, serving as a primary point of contact and responsive go-to for business, IT, and project stakeholders.
Evaluate, improve, and standardize tools and processes.
Work with ops and project teams to understand roadmaps, backlogs, and activity forecasting and offer a point of view on resourcing and work prioritization.
Plan and facilitate meetings, program/project reviews, and conference calls to effectively define requirements and present project work.
Maintain current knowledge of strategic priorities, business results, industry issues, and the changing competitive landscape and best practices.
Perform with urgency and commitment to high quality results.

What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or related area; or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in program or project management, Integrated Marketing, or related experience.
Even better if you have:
High degree of structured problem solving skills, prioritization, and ability to get things done.
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience of strategic planning with a high competency in developing deliverable timelines.
Flexibility with changing programs and processes.
Experience working within an ever-evolving/demanding environment with changing tasks/priorities.
Ability to develop creative solutions that address relevant and changing business needs.
Ability to plan and provide structure and organization in a fast paced, changing environment.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills within various levels in the organization; proven track record of forming and maintaining positive business relationships.
High degree of organization with excellent project management skills; experience working cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
Understanding of project financial and budget principles.
