Project Manager; Robert Half Technology is seeking a Project Manager for a contract to full-time opportunity. The Project Manager applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to support program managers and project teams. The Project Manager is responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project. The Project Manager will support the project controls and monitor the project scope, time, cost, quality and risks mitigation to best meet project objectives. Principle Duties Responsibilities: • Responsible to understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members and manage all requirements accordingly. • Establish clear ownership for project tasks; Ensure that team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback. • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives. • Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately. • Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals. • Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to management. • Work collaboratively with members to maintain thorough knowledge of statement of work, scope of work, product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between project manager and other members are precise. • Travel required up to 25% of the time. • Organize and facilitate project planning, daily status meetings, project reviews, and other project related meetings. • Ensure the team members are practicing the core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. • Facilitate productivity by ensuring that the team has tools and resources to succeed. • Other duties may be assigned.
