What's the role?
  • Program management group that delivers programs, tools, and processes enabling business simplification and continuous improvement driving supply chain best practices.
  • Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
  • Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

What will I do?
This Program Manager position is responsible for developing and maintaining World Wide Operations (WWOPS): infrastructure, process, reporting, tools, and analysis to support various WWOPS and Oracle Corporate programs. Programs, projects, and assignments will vary over time. Initial focus is support for multiple projects/processes supporting Oracle's Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Program.

Deliverables:
  • Owner for Global Supplier Managment: projects, policies, procedures, and reporting regarding Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Program.
  • Collaborates across WWOPS business groups to determine strategy and policy supporting the SER program.
  • Collaborates with Oracle corporate SER Team for compliance to Oracle corporate requirements.
  • Develops and delivers training to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manages key reports for the SER process to support business users.
  • Project management support for various projects as assigned.

What are you looking for in a candidate?
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's or Masters in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Financial or Operations Management, Organizational Planning, Systems Analysis, Business Analytics, Change Management, or related subject areas
  • Ability to solve problems with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
  • Gain competence in own area and acquiring a higher level understanding of role, processes and procedures.
  • Experience with Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Program , or similar type programs a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate and write detailed business and user documentation.
  • Ability to interact with Sr. Oracle management.
  • Solid basic program management, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • 0-2 years of previous project management or related experience desired.

Qualifications:

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 0-2 years of previous project management or related experience desired.
