Current Need
Project Manager

Position Description

Provides a single point of contact for special client oriented projects.  Defines project scope and objectives to accommodate special focus SWAT efforts for to drive client satisfaction, revenue, adherence to contract requirements, and most effective utilization and structure of staffing. Oversees/coordinates all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, line management and internal and external resources.

Takes projects from original concept through final implementation and manages existing projects.  Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. 

Interfaces with all areas affected by the project which includes our clients, billing center operations directors and senior level executives.

Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets and expected outcomes. Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer and operational leadership on all matters.
Develops detailed work plans, required reporting, schedules, projected outcomes, resource plans, budgets, and status reports on progress of efforts.

Conducts progress meetings and is responsible for deliverables.

Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.




Minimum Requirements
2+ years experience in project management.

Critical Skills

Experience with healthcare revenue cycle and medical billing operations is required. 
Experience managing client relationships is a plus.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point experience is required.

Strong communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills are essential to be successful in this role.


Additional Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge of project management.

4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
