Adecco, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of office and finance professionals is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager I job in New Brunswick NJ Duration: 1 year Job Title: Data Team Member The Data team member will be responsible for the execution the global data strategy (data / content), for insuring alignment of the data within the region to the end-state data design, for participating in the data governance processes required to ensure the sustainability of the future state processes and the cleansing of data to the future state standards. As a representative of the Procurement business users, the Data team member will also play role for data in the executing of testing, deployment, and operational support of the to-be solution across all categories and markets within the region. Data Management • Participate in the scoping and standardization of regional data. • Participate in the collecting/aggregation of regional data requirements through techniques including workshops, interviews, focus groups, and other forums. • Definition of requirements and input on the data design impacting the regional systems. • Definition of User Personas specific to the local markets. • Alignment of system features with the global/enterprise data design and standards. • Definition of regional data requirements for analytics and reporting. • Quality assurance of Catalog content received from the Sourcing team, and the integration of the Catalog content into the technology solution. • Design and alignment of User Acceptance testing plans (include tester identification) as it relates to data • Completion of User Acceptance test script preparation for User Acceptance testing as it relates to data • Drive the data cleansing efforts to the global and regional data standards • Ensure data quality for use within the new S2S processes being implemented Governance Management • Participates in the Procurement Data governance process and leverages the global data management governance capability within the region and during the implementations. • Support the defining/execution of the Technology needed for data management and control • Prioritization and implementation of key data processes, policies, etc. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering or related field is required; Required Years of Related Experience: 3-5 years Key skills include: • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the direct or indirect procurement space • Understanding of Supply Chain/Procurement technologies and end-to-end business process. • Experience working with multiple franchises and sectors within J&J is preferred. Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery • Strong analytical skills. • Strong communication skills. • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills. • Demonstrated effectively working remotely with business partners, in a highly matrixed environment across the region • Proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to results • Change leadership experience • Strong leadership skills Important information: This position is being recruited for by Adecco's National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
