Talent Programs Project Manager Role Description
Partners with the Senior Director of NA OD Apps Talent and Development and NA OD Apps leaders to effectively translate organizational priorities and strategies into best-in-class learning and talent development solutions. Manages the design, development, and implementation of talent and development programs ensuring that outlined goals and objectives are met or exceeded and best-in-class programs are delivered.
Knowledge of and experience with program/event management and implementation with a focus on people and organizational development. Must have a solid understanding of learning and organizational development principles and the details involved in implementing complex programs across multiple geographic locations.
• Experience with learning and organizational development program implementation and/or event management
• Experience with creating and implementing programs centered on one or more of the following:
o Management and leadership excellence
o Professional Development - onboarding, mentoring and coaching
o Career Progression
o Rewards and Recognition
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated orientation toward people and organizational development and the ability to communicate clearly when writing, speaking, and presenting to others
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 8 years of project management or related experience.
