Job Description

  • Drive customer satisfaction with IQVIA™ ' Services
  • Build trust and confidence by actively guiding internal and external customers through the implementation and upgrade process
  • Meet and exceed expectations by delivering against expectations and keep all parties well informed

Lead and Manage Projects
  • Complete risk and mitigation planning and act as the point of contact for customers and internal teams for each project
  • Document customer implementations, such as standards and configurations, business rules, custom codes, etc.
  • Troubleshoot customers' issues/answer technical questions during implementations and post go-live; Serve as a backup to Support, as necessary

Collaborate Internally and Externally to Drive Common Success
  • Collaborate with Support, Solution Architect, and Customer Success Managers to plan, prioritize, and execute projects
  • Balancing customer expectations and company's needs and priorities
  • Liaise between the product development team and customers, to influence the roadmap, including bugs and enhancements, and develop temporary solutions when issues are found
  • Contribute to the Scaling of the Organization and the Extension of Our Products and Service Offerings
  • Document processes and define/document/update best practices
  • Look for consistencies across projects and apply knowledge to contribute to innovative ideas, allowing our organization to be more efficient while maintaining/exceeding expectations

Critical knowledge and skills:
  • Project Management
  • Customer Support
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly

  • BS/MS/BA in relevant technology or business degree, or equivalent industry experience
  • 4+ years of project management experience, preferably at a company that delivers software solutions to large enterprise customers
  • Must be organized and have a demonstrated ability to work on, and track progress of, multiple integration projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record in successfully completing large scale, high visibility system integration projects with diverse teams and demanding schedules
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships across all levels of a customer's IT organization
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, writing, and presentation skills
  • Experience working directly with IT and business users with varied technical knowledge
  • PMP certified is a plus
