Growing GBT's global hotel business is one of the 5 key initiatives for the company in 2017. We need a strong individual that can drive metrics, scorecards, timelines, project plans and collaborate across the business to deliver results. The Project Manager - Global Hotel will be a key member of the hotel team and work across department lines to implement and execute initiatives to help GBT achieve its revenue targets. The candidate should possess great organizational skills, strong business acumen, the capacity to manage multiple projects/initiatives at the same time and the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Objectives:
  • Support the development and delivery of Global Strategic Hotel Projects involving Global functions (i.e., GSR, Product, Marketing, etc.)
  • Create and own the Global Strategic Hotel Projects business plan
  • Drive agreed activity by required deadlines
  • Manage attendance of relevant attendance on monthly hotel product calls
  • Engage with key stakeholders to drive business plan progress
  • Communicate effectively on behalf of the Hotel leadership team
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure timely stakeholder engagement
  • Work to remove obstacles preventing business plan progress
  • Create relevant and timely executive summary hotel project updates
  • Produce informative and creative presentations
  • Manage others timelines on input for hotel project calls, communications or presentations
  • Establish strong inter-departmental relationships to help move projects forward
