This position will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external counsel responsible for managing all immigration aspects interacting with leaders/employees by using excellent judgment and collaborate with senior Human Capital and business leaders to ensure immigration process is handled with highest integrity.


Responsibilities will include:
Range of daily immigration specialist duties expectations 5+ years demonstrated experience
Proven expertise to work independently with confidential discretion and follow Human Capital direction.
Immigration case management and compliance
Manage policy or process guidelines
Consulting with leaders/employees or external counsel
Individual or summary correspondence and reporting
Facilitate end-to-end completion of immigration submissions or updates by preparing appropriate correspondence, materials and gaining necessary approvals.
Ensuring immigration files or invoices are well maintained and relevant internal/external communications are timely provided.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and utilize applicable repositories.
Knowledgeable in government immigration process and keeps current with regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, leadership and organizational skills goal to exceed expectations deliverables.
