The project managers will be assigned to lead several clinical operations projects.
Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects and defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program.
The expectation is that the chosen candidate will come to us with a strong project management skill set, software skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be an independent worker and one who will drive results. Additionally, our team offers a Share Point site that includes the necessary project artifacts and a robust library which contains contact listing, the project artifacts used by the team and guidance on how to complete various forms. With the above said training should be minimal. Business Owners, Project Team members and Subject Matter Experts will provide the necessary business / operational background.
Scope definition and delivery of expected business requirements
Meeting scheduling, facilitation and follow up
Project Plan development and implementation
Risk identification and mitigation strategy
Communication planning and messaging
Working directly with the Business Owner and Subject matter experts to deliver on time, quality deliverable and
Other duties as assigned.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note and familiarity with SharePoint sites.
Note: We do not use Microsoft Project on this team.
Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret findings and present in both oral and written format.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with possibility of extension and full-time conversion.
