*Project manage and support the QVR program, including ongoing support and ownership of the QVR Help support mailbox
*Liaise with Research RBA SMEs to gather business requirements for discussion and review with IT - Track RBA dashboard maintenance requirements, enhancements and bug fixes to completion using JIRA
*Provide Current State reporting (weekly and adhoc) on RBA ongoing Maintenance activities as requested
*Develop, document, advocate and implement standard operating procedures to maintain operational standards
*Ensure effective communications with all levels of Research and other BUs on operational plans, requirements and implementation
*Manage smaller projects as necessary to support ongoing operational enhancements for RBA

Job Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in a related discipline
*3-5 years business experience with progressive responsibility in an extremely fast paced work environment
*Experience working with IT as a business representative. IT background is a plus
*Experience and comfort level contributing and participating in IT technical discussions several times a week
*Experience coordinating reports and delivering timely status on deliverables
Excellent operational, analytical, needs requirement & organizational skills, quick learner, IT literacy, numeracy, initiative, problem solving, rigor & attention to detail
*Customer service mentality, excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation & influencing skills to work with diverse groups to reach successful outcomes.
*Able to work independently, be a collaborative team player, with excellent time management & prioritization skills, able to manage a heavy workload, multiple tasks, competing priorities & tight deadlines, maintaining complete control over process at all times
