As a Project Manager/Estimator you will work directly with homeowners, property managers, tenants, program work and insurance companies from initial call to job completion and invoicing. Project manager is responsible for communicating, measuring, sketching floor plans, job planning and writing job scope, enforcing company job site safety rules and procedures, invoicing using Xactimate Estimating software. You will be working with our team and support emergency responses on remediation and restoration projects to ensure the goals and needs of our customers are met at times 24/7 when on call rotation.
The ideal candidate is responsible, trustworthy, outgoing, and energetic, with good writing skills, computer skills, and attention to detail.
Job Duties & Requirements:
Experience Required: 12+months as Senior Technician or project manager in fire & water damage
IICRC certified (or ability to be reinstated)
Knowledge of Xactimate software (including codes for water and fire losses)
Candidate Must be able to measure and sketch basic floor plan/Schematic
Ability to segregate common standard insurance groups invoicing practices
Understanding of losses from initial call to completion including carpet reinstall
Understand and enforce company job site safety rules & procedures and follow all company policies.
Accept job assignments and gather information required for successful completion
Daily post to meet program work requirements
Available for emergency service calls 24/7 rotation basis when on call
Have business understanding of labor costs, material purchasing, job planning and writing
Lead others in the technical task at hand
Provide the company with timely and accurate information (related to loss and project status)
Encourage other employees to apply good work ethics and adhere to company policies
MUST have good Driving Record, Pass Drug Test & Background Check
wage: DOE - salary (staring: 18.27/hr - 29.72/10
