What you’ll be doing...
Project Manage the implementation of UCCaaS (Cisco HCS) solutions for Verizon customers.
Review executed SOW/SOR to determine scope of project, facilitate internal VZ/external customer status meetings, develop Project Plan to deliver solution, manage internal/external tasks to meet scheduled dates, identify risks/issues and create remediation plans, manage resources on project to adhere to scoped hours and track quoted vs actual hours, manage Change Control process, escalate jeopardy items, coordinate implementation dates with other Verizon teams and TPV's. Provide weekly status reports to customers and internal Verizon management. Approve weekly timesheets for project resources. Forecast project hours using Clarity tool. Travel to customer locations as required by customer defined SOW's. Create site implementation strategy and create associated Resource Plan.
