What you will do
The CPS Incubation Specialist will report to the BTO Business Operations Manager with close alignment with a BTO Program/Project Manager. Responsibilities will include:
Facilitate cross functional project strategy and planning
Drive project level strategy through vendor management including:
o Day-to-day execution
o Escalation management within a contingent worker (C-Worker) environment.
o Facilitate training to the vendors for issue resolution
o Monitor and maintain vendor capacity and make recommendation for onboarding and offloading designated workloads
Develop processes and work instruction for incoming work while providing estimates on vendor capacity impact to drive process improvement and simplification
Document as-is process, fill gaps via creative work arounds, manual process changes, automation or by evaluating a change management solution on the overall go to market strategy.
Expectations will include being able to successfully analyze new business models and offers while designing/implementing/optimizing CPS support processes. Who You'll Work With

Highly developed critical thinking skills to include creative problem solving, analysis, negotiation, multi-tasking, organization and planning skills in a business operations environment
Coordinator of multiple projects and tasks ensuring quality in a timely fashion (including gather, analyze, and form recommendations based on customer metrics)
Ideally, you understanding Cisco's business processes and go to market strategy and knowledge of Cisco Operations environment. Demonstrated ability to manage projects. (Six Sigma training/Certification Preferred). Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 + years professional experience, Cisco experience preferred
- Minimal supervision required
