Location: Falmouth, ME 04105 Hours available: 8:30a-5:00p Contract: 6 month contract position with opportunity for extension Pay: $21.00 per hour Main Responsibilities: supporting multiple projects/project managers, taking minutes, scheduling meetings, running live meetings, loading documents to SharePoint, updating documents, will have administrative responsibilities as well Must Haves: Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint 2-3 years of experience as an admin/clerical or project based work must be professional, reliable, flexible and friendly Job Description: • Partner with Retail Money In Project Managers to insure Project Dashboards and Budget updates are captured and reported accurately and within proper time frames • Enhance and sustain the Retail Money In Project Intake Process • Build and sustain strong working relations with Retail Money In Project Managers, Line of Business owners and project stakeholders • Support Project Managers in remaining compliant with the Project Management Life Cycle as it relates to document storage, evidence of Toll Gate completion, and budget reporting • Support Project Mangers, Finance, Technology and Line of Business Owners with research and accountability for project spend to insure proper and accurate budget reporting through the Project Management Life Cycle • Ensure proper system access privileges are aligned for the functions preformed within the Retail Money In Project Team • Assist in preparing and scheduling various project related meetings • Maintain and work to improve current project tracking through enhancements to existing tools such as access data bases, share point, and Micro Soft Office Products • Document and maintain Retail Money In Project Management Process, Procedures and Flow Maps • Assist in Audit and Compliance preparedness for the Retail Money In Project Team Additional Administrative support functions as needed Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below • • 5+ Years of related experience • Proven ability to gather information and recommend. • Excellent process improvement skills, including the ability to evaluate procedures and recommend improvements. • Excellent communication skills including strong writing ability. • Effective presentation and influencing skills at all levels • Some access data base experience.
