Local Apartment Complex in Cathedral City is looking for a Property Manager Essential Job Duties of the Property Manager: * Using sales and leasing skills to lease apartments to prospective clients * Maintain all property accounting and reporting, including but not limited to collecting and posting rent, financial and leasing reports, bank deposits and ensuring a balanced rent roll * Oversee property operations and vendor management * Resolve tenant complaints and issues * Oversee move-ins and move-outs * Provide an optimal resident experience while supporting the property's needs and policies * Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction * Professional etiquette is essential * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required Experience of the Property Manager * One Year of Property Management Experience Strongly Preferred * Experience as leasing consultant and the ability to close a sale * Plan, organize, coordinate, and follow through on tasks and projects * Superior customer service! Ability to help our customers and resolve any issues with professionalism and clear communication * Ability to manage several tasks at once while remaining detailed and well organized * Strong time management, organizational skills, and good follow through * Self-starter, friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times * Observe all company procedures and safety rules * Understanding of federal, state and local fair housing laws and provisions * Valid driver's license The Property Manager will be working Fulltime Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm If you are interested in the Property Manager position please submit your resume for review.
