This is a perfect role for someone starting their career in public relations/corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in execution of communications programs and activities spanning media relations, internal communications and social media
  • Assist in preparation of communications content, including press releases, blogs, graphics, photos and video
  • Help with news coverage tracking and analysis
  • Work with other departments/business functions on projects
  • Maintain databases, shared resources and archives to support communications activities

Functional Knowledge
  • 2-3 years prior PR agency or corporate PR/communications experience and/or a journalism background
  • Strong writing and communications skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Keen attention to quality
  • Proficient in business software programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)

Business Expertise
• Semiconductor/technology industry expertise is a major plus (although it is not required)

Problem Solving
  • Good decision making skills; ability to come up with creative solutions to challenges as they arise
  • Creative thinker; takes a new perspective on existing solutions and processes

Interpersonal Skills
• Energetic, motivated and passionate
  • Enjoys meeting people/working with multiple groups within the company
  • Good sense of humor

Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 - 2 Years of Experience
