We are looking for an experienced social media manager/strategist to join our corporate communications team and help expand our social reach internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a social media content strategy to engage and grow our community with both internal and external audiences
  • Create engaging content for use across social channels
  • Develop and maintain a social media editorial calendar aligned with corporate and business unit initiatives, including product launches, thought leadership campaigns and special events
  • Stay current with industry social media best practices and implement strategies to increase the reach and impact of our content
  • Utilize metrics and analysis tools to track the effectiveness of social media activities
  • Provide guidance on use of social media during various business and global situations

Functional Knowledge
  • At least 5-7 years prior social media experience at a PR agency or corporation
  • Direct experience creating content for major social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google , You Tube)
  • Creative writer and communicator

Business Expertise
• Semiconductor/technology industry expertise is a major plus (although it is not required)
• Keen ability to grasp how social media aligns with broader business objectives and messaging

Leadership
  • Provides guidance to team members with less experience; leads projects with minimal oversight
  • Represents the corporate communications team in projects involving other departments, areas of the Company, and/or with the public
  • Passion for connecting with people and fostering collaboration

Problem Solving
  • Strong decision making skills; ability to come up with creative solutions to challenges as they arise
  • Creative thinker; takes a new perspective on existing solutions and processes
  • Energetic, motivated and passionate
  • Enjoys meeting people/working with multiple groups within the company

Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 - 4 Years of Experience
