RSA is looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist to play a critical and integral role on the corporate communications team. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior project management skills in leading the implementation of plans, a role that includes establishing priorities, schedules and work flows; leading projects; and, maintaining quality standards. Under general supervision, this person will help plan, develop and implement communications and industry analyst relations programs. **Corporate Communications Specialist**
Reporting into the Senior Director of Corporate Communications, the candidate will work closely with the AR/PR Manager to support and execute a variety of AR and PR programs, ranging from writing and editing a variety of materials to coordinating and briefing our industry analysts informed about our products and innovations. S/he must be a self-starter able to adapt to the changing needs of the business and the market, possess masterful project management skills, and have strong interpersonal skills. + Project manage and own the logistics/coordination of interviews and meetings at RSA Conference
+ Contribute to the creation and execution of communications tactics that build awareness and create preference for RSA, including point in time opportunities like special events, media events, industry conferences
+ Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to draft content and secure approvals for consumption by the press and industry analyst communities
+ Proactively communicate progress and deliverables; flag projects in jeopardy
+ Work within a distributed team environment to implement quarterly plans
+ Help create a variety of materials such as fact sheets, bios, analyst presentations, etc.
+ Build and maintain targeted, actionable media and analysts lists, as well as other tracking documents as needed
**Required Experience and Skills:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field
+ 3 - 4 years of experience in a public relations agency or similar position; analyst relations experience desired
+ Enterprise tech (B2B) experience preferred
+ Understanding of current tech trends and media landscape
+ Strong grasp of digital and social platforms
+ Fearless self-starter with leadership potential
+ Superior organizational skills, flexibility, and sense of urgency
+ Ability to prioritize and adaptto a constantly changing environment in order to meet multiple daily deadlines
