Demonstrates an extensive understanding of how IT organizations design, architect and upgrade large complex infrastructures, as well as leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and a proven record of success leading and collaborating with middle and senior management on client-facing business development, engagement delivery, practice development and thought leadership engagements, including the following:
- Development, assessment and implementation of Information Technology (IT) solutions that parallel project management, process improvement, technology deployment, and other business advisory initiatives;
- Accomplishment of extensive sales and business development including the activities to develop and maintain client relationships and developing intellectual capital.
Demonstrates a proven record of success and extensive knowledge managing IT Infrastructure engagements and project teams specializing in the design and implementation of Data Center processes, organizational structures, functions and technology within the following areas:
- Large corporate IT operations, major IT programs, systems integration and technical architecture at enterprise and inter-enterprise levels;
- Design of large data centers and/or infrastructures for global organizations;
-Management and/or oversight of large scale data center migration programs;
- Computing, storage and application platform and/or 1) database architectures for greenfield data centers, and/or 2) database operational processes and tools (e.g. Storage Resource Management).
Delivering engagements within allocated timeframes according to agreed client contracts, including the development of solutions that encourages stakeholder buy-in Managing effectiveness of relationship with clients and engagement team members Supporting the meeting of sales targets and participation in a number of business development / proposal efforts Providing quality of technical capabilities and solutions, as well as maintaining technical credibility with clients.
