This high performing team helps clients with human resources strategy, program delivery as well as develop the right organizational design. Additionally, they focus on driving change in leadership and culture, workforce planning and performance, and human resource operations and technologies
leveraging change management and communications, capability development and training. Â

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (or related field) or Information Systems


Certification(s) Required: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). Professional in Human Resources (PHR)


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates some proven knowledge and success with identifying and addressing client needs, including leveraging MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes to accomplish the following:
- Building solid relationships with clients;
- Developing an awareness of Firm services;
- Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
- Delivering clear requests for information;
- Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and
- Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.


Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates some proven abilities and success as a team member: responding to client and/or team requests promptly and professionally; readily offering assistance; contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment; proactively seeking instruction, feedback and coaching to improve performance.


This role is in support of client work contactually requiring US Citizenship.
