Essential Functions:

This position is responsible for assisting/supporting all administrative functions of the Plant Administration Department. Specific accountability will surround the functions of Purchasing to include but not limited to activities surrounding Negotiating price with vendors, Professionally networking with others, Purchasing, Ordering, Tracking, and all Billing functions for the Site. Must be able to cross train and support other Administrative jobs within the Department as well as other duties as assigned.



  • Experience purchasing programs (SAP, Oracle, Purchase Card, Ariba/MyBuy)

    • Reporting
  • Oracle
    • Purchasing

  • Payment/Pcard
    • Account distribution
    • Reconciliation
  • Understand Corporate Purchasing Policies
  • Proven track record in administrative and organizational skills (i.e. filing, keying, data entry, phone etiquette)
  • Highly developed computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn other applications as appropriate
  • Professionalism (i.e. confidentiality/discretion)
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (i.e. team player)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership skills (i.e. ability to develop and deliver training programs)
  • Proven sound decision making ability (i.e. trade-off analysis)
  • Technical Skills (i.e. parts knowledge, maintenance terminology, systems management)
  • Understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Purchasing experience and Vendor management a plus
