Purchasing Clerk- International Manufacturing Company A valued client of Accountemps is in immediate need of a Purchasing Clerk to join their growing team! This role provides room for growth and team oriented environment. Our client's employee's all have long tenure so they are needing someone who is wanting to dedicate themselves to growing with this company long term. One of the most important aspects is that the candidate have distribution industry experience-specially in a manufacturing environment that is involved in metalworking or a machine shop. Purchasing Clerk Essential Duties Responsibilities: • Issues and monitors Purchase Orders for raw materials, off the shelf, and custom components as directed. • Maintains electronic records and approvals related to Purchase Order Processing as directed • Obtain quotations for raw materials, off the shelf and custom components as directed. • Assist with tabulating data, pricing, quotations for further review as directed • Assist with and monitor expediting of orders as required • Perform other material control tasks as directed • Assist the Accountant with collected and posting payments as well as receiving and entering invoices for AP • Providing customer support for those inquiring about their orders or updating orders Don't miss out on this excellent upcoming opportunity!
