QA Analyst 2-ProdDev

As a member of the Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit, you will work closely with our product portfolio. This position is part of the Quality Assurance function on the Textura Payment Management Application. This role is a Manual Tester working on one of our Textura Payment Application Agile Teams.

Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software. Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing.

Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Has basic understanding of Quality Engineering processes and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 2 years experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Communicate technical issues to project managers and clients
• System analysis and troubleshooting
• Contribute to the definition and adoption of technical standards
• Technical background with strong propensity for problem solving
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design, install and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. A of 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
