Responsibilities for Quality Control Inspector include but are not limited to:
¿ Evaluate all returned consumable products, including: evaluating condition of product and determining final disposition (i.e. rework or scrap)
¿ Review incoming labels and ensure the most current Printed Material Request is available.
¿ Perform ready-to-run, in-process and finished goods inspection on all site manufactured products
¿ Identify and report all non-conforming material per all applicable procedures.
¿ Maintain the quarantine area and monitor the ¿Q¿ status report.
¿ Document all work accurately on the appropriate quality systems documents
¿ Responsible for contributing to the continual quality & reliability improvement of APD products and services.
¿ Ensuring policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with global quality & regulatory requirements and meet the needs of our customers & Quality Policy.
¿ Responsible for performing tasks to support the quality system and quality policy as directed by QA/RA management.
All Candidates to be considered MUST
• At least 1-3 year of prior Quality Control experience
• Have prior order processing, chemical handling or warehouse experience
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and consistently lift 40-50 pounds
• Must be able to successfully complete a Background/Drug Screening
Must have a HS Diploma or GED
