Responsible for establishing  executing and maintaining a quality assurance program that ensures quality control procedures and practices are being used. Monitors the services being provided to determiner if Service Level Agreements and performance levels are being adhered to. Recommends changes to services and processes to improve performance. Determines if current methods and techniques result in meeting reliability  maintainability  availability  and capacity standards/levels. Develops  modifies  applies  and maintains standards for quality operating methods and procedures used across the program.
