Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance Data Warehouse, Senior Manager is responsible to build relationships across the
Business, development and the Project Management Office. In this role, you will assist in shaping and meeting the expectations of the business in the areas of data validation, data profiling and have a solid understanding of the differences in Quality Assurance testing techniques between data warehouse and application testing.

You will drive change within the Quality Assurance team through leadership, staff management, performance management, employee development, innovation, optimization and be responsible for understanding and overseeing resource management, forecast and estimation of effort, making decisions and prioritizing tasks, and supporting the activities of the
department and senior leadership.


Required Qualifications:
-8+ years of successful data warehouse and/or business intelligence experience with an understanding of quality assurance methods and techniques.
-Experience managing a data warehouse development or Quality Assurance Team on a Teradata platform.
-Experience with technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and data modeling.
-Experience with Teradata utilities (BTEQ , Fastload, Multiload or similar utilities) as well as with ETL tools (Informatica, Data Stage or similar tool).
-Experience developing ETL processes and business intelligence solutions.
-Experience overseeing effective testing and migration from Dev/Test/UAT environments into Production.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Hadoop, MicroStrategy or SAS is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED accompanied by years of experience in lieu of degree.
