he Quality Assurance Manager will interact with Development, Infrastructure, and Testing teams to ensure the overall quality of the software. They are responsible to maintain Configuration Management data and monitoring the Release Management process. Perform other duties as assigned.• Basic understanding of software processing. • Ability to communicate to a diverse group of IT management and business users is required • Familiarity with systems analysis techniques. • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Experience creating Requirements Traceability Matrix. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Must possess a strong team work ethic, with the ability to work with personnel at all levels in all departments. • Perform complex and special projects independently. • Provide input on potential problem areas and keep all levels of management informed. • Provide task/project communications and meet task/project objectives. • Interact with IT and systems users who may be internal and/or external department personnel. • May be called upon to mentor less experienced personnel.
