We are looking for a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join our team at our Barnsdall, OK facility. This site manufactures Specialty Polymers for a variety of industries. The Quality Control Laboratory Technician role is responsible for sample management, quality inspection and manufacturing support.
+ Under minimal supervision, employee will perform, coordinate, analyze and monitor quality control and product assurance tests and test results to ensure products meet or exceed quality and reliability, specifications and standards
+ Employee will also input generated test results into the Laboratory Information Management System
+ Resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are typically assigned to next level
+ Handles special projects, as assigned
+ High School diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience as Quality Control Laboratory Technician OR Associate's degree in Chemical Technology, or equivalent, with 1+ years of experience as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician
+ Must have knowledge of laboratory analytical testing procedures and specific lab equipment required to perform quality testing
+ Must be able to prioritize and multi task
+ Must be able to use Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
+ Good verbal and writing skills
+ Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills; must be skilled in building relationships and customer engagement
+ Good verbal and writing skills
+ Self-motivated, goal orientated, strong team player
+ Skilled in change management
+ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry
+ Previous experience in Polymers
+ Experience working in a ISO certified facility
+ Must be able to work a 12 hour rotating "Dupont Schedule"
+ Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
