Position Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will support the Medicare Part D functional areas with conducting a planned, systematic approach of quality assurance to identify key functional and regulatory weaknesses within the department. In this Quality Coordinator role, you will monitor, report, and produce opinions on the process quality and compliance for the Med D Operations Department. You will provide recommendations for efficient and sustainable solutions to issues within the department.
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator you will:
- Oversee plan practices, standards,methodologies and metrics
- Ensure operational efficiency and government regulations
- Create reports and give presentationson quality metrics
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications:
-1+ years experience using Microsoft Office Suites
- 1+ years of analytical or auditing related experience


Preferred Qualifications:
-Demonstrate a desire to learn new skills and willingness to adhere to departmental procedures
-Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
-Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within the department and other area of the company
-Proficiency in Visio or prior process mapping experience desired.
- Medicare Part D experience preferred but not required
- Self - starter
- Critical thinking skills

Education:
-Verifiable GED or High School Diploma is required
-Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required.
