Schneider Electric Buildings Americas, Inc., a Schneider Electric company, develops manufactures, and markets control, energy management, and building automation systems to improve the indoor environment and reduce operating costs. We have the following position available in Clovis, CA:

Quality Engineer: S/he utilizes statistical techniques to analyze data and assist Manufacturing Engineer and Process Lead in the development and execution of process control systems. S/he uses original manufacturer requirements and engineering design tool(s) to review and recommend changes in stencil designs. S/he analyzes data and drives action plans for the purpose of cost improvement, quality improvement, and continuous improvement activities. 10-20% travel domestic and international for training or discussing specific projects. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering and one year of work experience in Quality Engineering. Also must have experience with: utilizing Altium Designer for Printed Circuit Boards; executing IPC-610, IPC-600, Six Sigma, manufacturing, and production process design; completing Statistical Process Control (SPC), Control Charts, Gage R&R, Design of Experiment (DOE), lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping; utilizing quality tools including Eight Disciplines (8D), 5Why, 5W2H, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Cause and Effect Diagram, and Control Plans; analyzing process auditing, product auditing, ISO 9001, and UL Audits; and conducting reporting, analyzing production performance, and creating action plans.
